Small-holder Banana farmers and Climate Impacts

Small-holder banana farmers from the Dominican Republic supply many of the Fairtrade Organic bananas we eat – what happens when the rain stops? Marike de Pena is the Manager with the Banelino Banana Coop and of the leaders in the Fairtrade system representing banana farmers in Latin America. She outlines the increasing climate weather related problems facing small-scale banana farmers.
